You can stay for a short time to take a break when you are traveling or on business. You can also use the shower room.
*We may not be able to accommodate you when we're full and no rooms are available. |
| Baggage Service |
Before check-in(9AM~3PM), you can leave your baggage at the front. (Free)
After check-out(10AM~6PM), we have to charge 200yen/person for the baggage.
*Please do not include your valuables.
*If you want to send some packages before your stay, please assign the date one day before your check-in date.

| Payment |
Please make the payment when you check in.
*We DO NOT accept credit cards. Please pay in cash. (Japanese yen)
*If you're with a group, staying for a long term, or reserving a whole room, please make the payment when you make the reservation.

| Cancellation Policy |
The cancellation fee applies depending on when you notify us.
●4 to 7 days prior to the first day of your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
●2 or 3 days to prior to the first day of your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
●On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
*If the cancellation is due to typhoon, big snow, or earthquake, we won’t charge any cancellation fee.

| Shower Room & Bath Room |
Bathroom (with shower & bathtub): You can use anytime.
*If you want to take a shower before you check in or after you check out, we have to charge 330yen for one time.

| Lights-out Time & Curfew |
We don't set any time for curfew. But, we close and lock the front door at 11 PM. If you might come back after 11 PM, please let us know. Also, when you come back late in the evening, please be quiet and do not disturb the neighbours and other guests.
Lights-out Time for dormitories is 11 PM.
*You can use the reading light installed with the bed anytime.
*There is no time limit for private rooms. |
| Rules & Notices |
●About smoking／Smoking is prohibited inside of the house. Please go out and smoke in the designated smoking area.
●About eating & drinking／Please DO NOT eat or drink in the rooms. You can use our lounge for eating and drinking.
●About safety／Please keep an eye on your valuables. We have security cameras at the front desk, hallway and shared spaces, but haven’t installed any in the rooms. Please understand that we are not responsibility for your valuables. |
| Discount Prices for Long Stay |
Over 5 nights: 3,850 yen per night
(Original price is 3300 yen per night.)
When you use the dormitory room for men & women for a long stay, these prices will apply.
*We ask you to pay prior to your stay.
*We CANNOT pay you back when you change the length of your stay after you pay.
*Changing bed clothes will be charged. (550 yen each time) |
| Reserve the Whole House |
We have a package plan when you have a bridal party, an event, a mini-live performance, alumni reunion and so on. This package includes the fee for using the lounge bar, food and accommodation.
We can accommodate up to 40 people for a party, and up to 26 for staying over. We can make a package for you depending on your budget. Please feel free to ask us.
