This is a room exclusively for women, so you can stay with comfort even if you are using a guest house for the first time. Each room has 3 double-decker beds in it. A room light and a big closet are installed in this room. A women's bathroom is right next to it. Your idea of a guest house will be completely different after using this clean room.

Each room has 3 double-decker beds in it. When you want to explore Kamakura, or enjoy the beautiful beach, our location is the best for you. Also, when you want to drink with your friends but don't want to think about catching the last train to go home, you can use this room at a reasonable price. We have a lounge bar on the first floor, so you can even drink more before going to bed. This is something you cannot enjoy anywhere else but at Iza-Kamakura.

This is a private room for two people with a double-decker bed. It is rather small compared to the other rooms, but you can use this room at a reasonable price. It is good for friends or a family with a child.

This is a private room for 4 people with two double-decker beds. You can use this room at the same price as a dormitory for a single person.

★Capacity／4 adults (plus 4 children under 7 years old when you share a bed with him/her. Children stay for free.)

*Capacity: 4 Adults (plus 4 children under 10 years old when you share your beds with them. Children stay for free.)
*If less than 4 people, you can use this room for 15,400 yen upon request. (Based on the room charge.)

Information

Check-in Check-in time: 3 PM to 9 PM
*If the room is ready before 3 PM, you may be able to check in earlier. Please contact us if necessary.
*We ask you to check in before 9 PM, but if you expect to be late, or if anything should happen, please call us and let us know.
Check-out Check-out time: Before 10 AM
*Late check-out: +550 yen before 11 AM, +1100 yen before 12 PM
*Please check out before 12 PM at the latest.
*If you want to stay after 12 PM, please check the daytime use plan below.
*If you're checking out early in the morning, our staff might not be at the front. In that case, we ask you to unlock the front door.
Daytime Use Plan Time: 10 AM to 3 PM
Price: 2,200 yen / person
You can stay for a short time to take a break when you are traveling or on business. You can also use the shower room.
*We may not be able to accommodate you when we're full and no rooms are available.
Baggage Check-in You can leave your baggage at the front before checking in. Please do not include your valuables. 　
Payment Please make payment when you check in.
*We DO NOT accept credit cards. Please pay in cash. (Japanese yen)
*If you're with a group, staying for a long term, or reserving a whole room, please make payment when you make the reservation. 　
Cancellation Policy The cancellation fee applies depending on when you notify us.
*4 to 7 days prior to the first day of your stay: 30% of the accommodation fee
*2 or 3 days to prior to the first day of your stay: 50% of the accommodation fee
*On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
*Without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee 　
Shower Room & Bath Room Bathroom (with shower & bathtub): You can use anytime. You can also use the bathtub to take a bath for 660 yen. (Only taking a shower is free.) If there are too many guests, we may ask you to only to take a shower. 　
Lights-out Time & Curfew Lights-out Time for dormitories. Please turn out all the lights before 11 PM.
*You can use the reading light installed with the beds anytime.
*There is no time limit for individual rooms. Please try to save on electricity.
Curfew/ We don't set any time for curfew. But, we close and lock the front door at 11 PM. If you are coming back after 11 PM, please let us know. Also, when you come back late in the evening, please be courteous and quiet around your neighbors and the other guests.
Rules at Iza-Kamakura Smoking/ Smoking is prohibited inside of the house. Please go out and smoke in the designated smoking area.
Eating & Drinking/ Please DO NOT eat or drink in the rooms. You can use our lounge bar space for eating and drinking.
Valuables/ Please keep an eye on your valuables. We have security cameras at the front desk, hallway and shared spaces, but haven?t installed any in the rooms. Please understand that we are not responsibility for your valuables should anything happen to them.
Discount Prices for Long Stay Over 5 nights: 3,300 yen (Tax included) per night
(Original price is 3,850 yen per night.)
When you use the dormitory room for men & women for a long stay, these prices will apply.
*We ask you to pay prior to your stay.
*We CANNOT pay you back when you change the length of your stay after you pay.
*Changing bed clothes will be charged. (550 yen each time)
Reserve the Whole House We have a package plan when you have a bridal party, an event, a mini-live performance, alumni reunion and so on. This package includes the fee for using the lounge bar, food and accommodation. We can accommodate up to 40 people for a party, and up to 20 for staying over. We can make a package for you depending on your budget. Please feel free to ask us.
